5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. Customers are allowed to cancel orders before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

We currently ship only within India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location and product availability. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or government regulations.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

Refunds
